Biography of Joseph Marshall

2007 RIIFF Dedication

The Joseph & Viola M. Marshall Fund has been created to help aspiring artists and students in the New England region fulfill their dreams and their potential. Named in honor of the founding member of the Flickers Arts Collaborative, Joseph & Viola M. Marshall, the funds will have no restrictions based on age, sex, orientation or educational level. It is designed to encourage artistic exploration and discovery.

Scholarships will be based on available funds that have been donated. It is anticipated that Awards will be made yearly starting in 2010. As the fund itself grows, so too will the funding level and number of awards.
